BAK . . . . UNCOMPROMISING

You 're not alone. It seems like everyone's got some pet theory of how electrical stimulation should be delivered and a kludge circuit to do it. But when you get right down to it, most of these are tricks for making inadequate equipment do a passable job. The facts are simple: Biological tissue is stimulated by alternating current. If you want reproducible results, you have to be able to reliably control the amplitude and time course of this current. If you want to minimize damage to the tissue and the electrode and control electrical artifact. you have to deliver both phases of the alternating current quickly and symmetrically. So why compromise? We provide stimulators for biologists. |
We don't ask you to string a
bunch of pulse and timing circuits, capacitors and resistors to generate
a biphasic waveform we give you a fully engineered system in a single
module. We don 't ask you to have five hands to adjust pulse duration
and amplitude smoothly and symmetrically - we build that in. |

it over. At BAK we don't just sell boxes.
